We manage the woodland to restore native broadleaf trees and woodland wildflowers. The timber we take out as part of this management is used to make sheds, fencing, pergolas, gates and furniture.  check out our Products page for some beautiful examples of our work ...

Moreton Wood is a beautiful 38 acre woodland in Herefordshire sustainably managed for conservation and bio-diversity.

All the woodland work is undertaken with minimum impact on the flora and fauna of the woodland.  Hand tools are used where possible and a horse is used to do all the logging.

Timber that is removed for the good of the woodland ecology is used to make beautiful, individual hand made products.

Paul and Jo hold educational and fun events in the woodland to share their passion for woodland ecology and traditional woodland management.
